1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanetHub.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PlanetHub.tech. By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Nature of Service

PlanetHub.tech provides Vedic lucky number readings for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. Our readings are based on traditional Vedic astrology and numerology. They are not:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Guaranteed to produce any specific outcome
• A lottery or gambling service

4. Pricing and Payment

• Each reading costs ₹99 (Indian Rupees)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Each reading covers 7 lucky numbers for one specific Rashi, birth date, and target date combination
• Numbers are valid for the selected date only — they expire at midnight on the selected date
• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. As lucky numbers are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds. Please see our full Refund Policy for details and the limited exceptions that apply to technical failures.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our number generation API
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving your reading
• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the service and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PlanetHub.tech — including the design, algorithm, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PlanetHub.tech. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlanetHub.tech is not liable for any financial decisions made based on our readings. We are not responsible for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of this service. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent reading (₹99).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
