Our lucky number readings are personalised digital consultations delivered instantly at the time of payment. Because each reading is uniquely generated for your specific Rashi, birth date, and chosen date — and delivered to you immediately — we are unable to offer refunds once your lucky numbers have been revealed.
This is standard practice for all personalised digital consultation services. Much like a session with an astrologer or numerologist, the value of the service lies in the consultation itself, which is delivered in full at the moment of reveal.
We encourage all customers to review their Rashi selection and chosen date carefully before completing payment, as readings are specific to those inputs.
We take technical reliability seriously. If you experience a situation where your payment was successfully processed but your lucky numbers were not displayed due to a technical error on our end, we will make it right.
