• The date you selected for your reading
• Payment transaction data (processed by Razorpay — we never see your card details)

• Your name and email address if you submit a contact form
• Basic technical data (browser type, IP address) for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

• Generate and deliver your lucky number reading
• Process your payment via Razorpay
• Respond to your support enquiries
• Prevent fraud and maintain security
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Data

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. PlanetHub.tech never receives, stores, or has access to your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. We only receive a payment confirmation token and transaction ID.

4. Data Retention

Reading data (Rashi, birth date, selected date, generated numbers, payment status) is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations.
